Gallbladder and anger

I was surprised to hear one of my colleagues is going to have her gallbladder surgically removed and that she is even happy to have it done as soon as possible.
She is in her late thirties, she is married and has a child. She is a beautiful woman but I feel she is dissatisfied with her husband and overstressed with her ambitious daily routine.
When we were together by the xerox machines a month or so ago, copying some documents, I felt so much pressure coming from her that the machines stopped working. They just would not work.
I blamed myself for thinking she was angry although she seemed perfectly calm, all dressed up and beautiful, with a stunning smile. I could not help but feel a series of small invisible attacks coming from her. I was convincing myself it was nothing, just another blow of my hyperimagination.

When she left, I started singing to relief the pressure because I really needed to copy those documents as soon as possible and the xerox machines started working.
I told my colleague about my granny who was 78 when the doctors told her surgery was the only solution to her gallbladder full of stones problem. She did not want to do it. Instead, she stopped eating greasy food and started taking olive oil with lemon every morning. After a while, the attacks stopped and it has been 18 years without gallbladder attacks, all thanks to her dietary discipline routine.
My colleague just sighed and said..but you can’t live like that ( meaning you can’t stop eating all the tasty greasy food) stopping the conversation.
She will have her surgery, remove her gallbladder in hope life will get back to normal.
Gallbladder reacts to anger and dissapointment. You can be completely unaware of your internal fury, burried somewhere deep from long time ago, transformed into sadness.
Your left shoulder may hurt but not all people connect it to gallbladder which is bellow your ribs on the right side of the belly.
Everyone makes their own choices. I just know one thing: if we don’t change the life habits that lead us to the problem, we will continue to have the same problem.

Gum problems

Gum boil – getting rid of it

A gum boil is, according to medical dictionaries,
a)      A small boil or abscess on the gum, often resulting from tooth decay.
b)       An abscess of the gingiva and periosteum resulting from injury, infection, or dental decay. The gum is characteristically red, swollen, and tender. The abscess may rupture spontaneously, or it may require incision. Treatment may include antibiotics and hot mouthwashes. Also called parulis.
c)       A dental abscess, converted into a cyst with chronic drainage through a fistulous tract, seen by a plain film of the jaw.
d)       An older term for an abscess of the gingiva and periosteum resulting from injury, infection, impacted food particles, or periapical infection. The gingival tissue is characteristically red, swollen, and tender. The abscess may rupture spontaneously, or it may require incision, as well as treatment of the underlying cause.

It may feel tender, hurt or pulsate as it is an infection and the body is fighting the bacteria.

The fast and highly efficient home remedies that help before you go to the dentist and if your tooth/teeth are healthy, may solve the entire problem are:

1. Sage tea ( salvia )- hold it in your mouth and drink it. It is good as a disinfectant for the gum and throat.

2. St. John’s Wort oil ( hypericum perforatum) – rub it with your finger on the gum. You can do it as much as you want. It has strong anti-inflammatory characteristics but is very mild and safe to use.

3. Lavander essential oil- take a drop of pure lavander essential oil ( it has to be lavandula vera) and rub it directly on the gum boil. You can do it before you go to sleep, it will calm you and disinfect the area.

4. Sage (salvia officinalis) essential oil- only a drop in the case of severe pain. It will make the pain stop immediately as it is one of the strongest disinfectants. Be extremely careful not to use more than one drop. It is to be used sparingly and with caution as it may be hard on the liver. Not to be used for small children, in pregnancy and during lactation period as well as in case of epilepsy.

In the end, gum represents our inner state of thoughts and emotions. It is especially sensitive to our relationships with others and our self-respect. When you make peace with yourself and find the lost pleasure of just being alive and acceptance of everything life gives to you, admitting to yourself it all depends upon you, the immune system starts rebuilding itself and you feel at ease and peace with all the world. Without that, the strongest remedy can do nothing.
To your health!
